The Unitarian Universalists of the Blue Ridge (UUBRidge) are an inclusive, accepting, and caring community that is welcoming to all.

We affirm and support each other as we pursue spiritual growth, in our quest to lead ethical and meaningful lives.

We work together to achieve acceptance and social justice locally and globally through education within our own fellowship and through service to others.

As Unitarian Universalists, we affirm and promote:

• Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;
• A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;
• The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;
• The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
• Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
